Anime Castle's return policy

Returns are Easy at Anime Castle!

Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return

    -any book in its original condition
    -any unopened music CD, DVD, or VHS tape
    -any other merchandise item in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories

for a full refund for the items, excluding shipping charges.

If the item is a gift, we can issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. If the item is not a gift, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If the item is opened, we will be able to exchange the item for the customer. You may contact us at info@animecastle.com for any questions concerning a return.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the following address:

Packages that are "Refused" using UPS delivery without prior consent will be charged a return shipping fee and the balance will be take from the credit issued.
