What do I need to send in?

Currently, Anime Castle does not have a standard mail order form. But the request letter will need to have all of the following information before Anime Castle to begin processing:

1. the item(s) you want
2. the shipping address
3. the billing address
4. the e-mail address
5. phone number
6. the total cost 

 

How do I find out the total cost including shipping?

The total cost of the order you are placing can be found through our on-line system. Just order the item(s) that you want, check out, and finalize your order. You will then see your total. In fact, to save you time you can just fill out the finalized order form, print it out, and mail it in. When you are done hit the [cancel] button.

How do I pay?

When you sending in your order you can pay by either credit card, check, or money order

• Credit Cards - Anime Castle accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please include in your order the billing address, expiration date, and signiture at the bottom of the request form.
• Checks and Money Orders - Make payable to ANIME CASTLE

INTERNATIONAL MAIL ORDERS MUST PAY BY CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER, OR CASH.

• Money Orders - Must be in US FUNDS and made payable to ANIME CASTLE
• Cash - Anime Castle does not assume responsibility for loss of payment using this method. For your protection you should send your order via Insured Mail.
